When and Where:
It's a 60 minute class that features 15 minutes of warm-up and 45 minutes of choreography. In this busy world, we understand that you may not be able to make class each week; so SIZEMOLOGY offers new choreography EVERY week. You can come in and start fresh each Monday night and never feel left behind.
You don't have to have special dance-wear and we do not wear leotards! IF you have some comfortable workout attire and a pair of sneakers, you're ready to rock. If you want to wear special dance duds, go ahead. We're just glad you showed up.
